We started in Utqiaġvik, Alaska — the northernmost city in the U.S. — and our grant platform is in production across all eight North Slope Iñupiat villages. We build and operate the systems a funded program runs on — grants, audits, intake — shaped around how the program actually works. We ship the one bounded tool a program needs, not a giant platform you bend your work around. The client retains ownership and export rights for its data; source-code, hosting, and handover terms are defined in the SOW. We’re a partner and ally — not Native-owned.
What we build
Program portals & workflowsApplicant portals, intake & eligibility workflows, review queues, referrals, and approvals that fit how your team already works — mobile-first and low-bandwidth by default.
Assessment, reporting & evidence systemsAssessments that carry the program’s own logic, evidence tracking, and the reporting funders and auditors ask for (2 CFR 200 / Single Audit prep) — audit-readiness workflows are shown as a reference design on fictional data.
Grant operations & dashboardsThe full grant lifecycle — apply, review, e-signed awards, post-award, reports, and budget in one system — the shape deployed in production with ASCF.
