Our Story

Born at the top of the world

OlenArc started as Arcnito in Utqiaġvik, the northernmost city in America — and, to our knowledge, the first AI studio founded above the Arctic Circle. That early work — an AI and community-resource-navigation concept for Tribal programs — grew into what we build today: AI-enabled dashboards, workflow tools, resource hubs, reporting systems, and public-sector implementation.

Founder note

Why OlenArc, why Alaska, why now

I started OlenArc in Utqiaġvik because the programs serving this place — Tribal health, state HHS, foundations — don’t have a software shortage. They have a bounded-module shortage: one portal, one dashboard, one AI-assisted intake that ships in weeks and fits what they already run — not another enterprise platform. We build exactly that, rooted where the work happens.

  • Bounded modules, not platforms. One portal, dashboard, intake, or document-to-dashboard workflow — shipped in 4–12 weeks, integrated with what you already run.
  • Place-based, not place-themed. Data-sovereignty defaults, offline-friendly UX, Section 508 — deployed across all 8 North Slope Iñupiat villages with ASCF.
  • Built to fit a prime. Civilian / unclassified, sub-PO-ready under FAR 52.219-14 — we slot in under your contract without competing for your agency relationship.

Got a defined need and a budget — a Tribal initiative, a state HHS engagement, a foundation implementation, or a sub-PO from a prime? Let’s talk.
